Is the use of System.DateTime.Now.ToFileTimeUTC as a UNIQUE key such as GUID valid? I am trying to use something other than GUID to return a unique identifier for files that I create on my server from time to time. I am considering the TOFILETIMEUTC as a naming scheme. Is it so unique that a duplicate will not occur should I use it?
