Difference Between 2 Datetime objects

hi all,

i have two datetime objects with following Information:

Datetime dt1 = new Datetime(2008,04,01);

Datetime dt2 = new Datetime(2009,03,31);

Now these are exactly 12 months if i take the difference. Now my prbolem is that i have a GridView and i want to Take all 12 months using these two objects and let say i'll make a DataTable and will created DataRow and add DataRow to DataTable and then i'll bind DataTable to Grid. Can any body tell me how i can Get 12 months....???
