Copy from excel and paste it in Textboxes

I have a excel in which 3 columns are there Firt column fields is name, Second column is age and thrid is Email ID.

And i have a asp.net page with collection of textboxes arranged as excel spreed sheet format

Now i have to copy and paste the excel content to the textbox.

If i copy paste, only one column of content only copy from excel to textbox.

I need to copy all the cell content from excel sheet and fill it in corresponding textboxes

How to do this?.
