Dynamic Event Doesn't Fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I've had other threads that ask similar questions, but I feel like a new one is needed to issue this new problem.
I have the following code that displays uploaded pictures, and allows user to upload/remove pictures. What I want as well, is to allow them to view the full size image when they click on it. Right now, the dynamically created event to handle the click doesn't work for some reason.
