Having display problems with several web form pages. Using VS2008, .NET 3.5, C#.
1. When using table cellspacing, e.g.

<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="12">

<td class="ref-col1">

Firefox 3.5.6 renders this as expected. with the cellspacing
IE8 ignores the cellspacing, unless EmulateIE7 is turned on or Compatibility View is turned on, in which case it renders fine.
