I have some Excel/VB code that uses "ActiveSheet.QueryTables.Add(Connection:=" to pull data from various web pages onto excel sheets, then i create records in an access database.
What are the .net alternatives please?
Where should I start looking to get help in pulling data from web pages?
I then want to take that data and populate an access database, I take it that is pretty straightforward?
Its the data from web pages that's got me struggling already.
Any help or pointers would be very much appreicated.
For info, I don't intend writing a "web-app" here, I just want a quicker way to process the text data I pull off the webpages and put into a database quicker.
