Help Required for a following scenario

Hi Experts,

I just want to know the best possible way to accomplish the following task.
I'm sorry if it is something strange.

We have a PMS (custom Project Management System), using Form Authentication against the Active Directory developed in asp.net 3.5

Once the user is authenticated in the Active directory, the appliation shows all the projects that he created.

? Know is there a way to do the following:
for eg, If X is created a project, he can see his project when logged in.
If Y is logging in with his account, he can see the projects created by X.
Please suggest the possible ways
