I encountered something strange and tried evrything I can think of, but still no progress.
I have an existing WebForms application which has been working for 5 years; it just had a simple log in page (with username and password input fields); now we got a new design for this page, adding new logo and other images, and in the middle of this page,
there are the username and password fields.
It all looks pretty simple (just add images, css styles to this page, I thought)..however, when I'm done, and hit F5 to run the app and bring this NEW login page up, NONE of the images show up. I right click this page to view source...the source file looks
fine.
I doubled-checked the image path a few times...the css file and images are located exactly where they should be. I can open the css file and any image from VS - double-clicking on them would bring them up; so I can access them without issues.
Now - I tried to access an image from the browser ...
