Custom Create User Wizard - My Profile not displaying

Hi all,

I've been following How to add a Login, Roles and Profile system to an ASP.NET2.0 app in only 24 lines of code I've customised the Create user Wizard to include the fields I want to store within the Profile.  However the myProfile page doesn't display anything.

I've checked the SQL db and everything get written to the tables that I want  i.e. aspnet_users, usersInRoles, profiles etc

 I can't see what I've done incorrect
