I'm using vb.net to send a string to a web service that includes quotes, but .net is sending " instead of the double qoutes I need.
For example, I need to send 'Variable' = "Value" but it's coming over as 'Variable' = "Value" so my web service is barking at me.
How do I get it to send quotes instead of the html?
