dynamically generate checkbox list for number of rows in asp .net using c#

 hi all
i needed to  have the number of rows,agianst every row there should be list  of checkboxes which can be checked / unchecked.
Example :
              SNO    Employee Name         ChkBox1   ChkBox2   ChKbox3 etc... 
Finally when you submit, Employee name and the list of CHECKED items will be stored in a database table.
