null reference exception

 Dear Sir,
My application is running fine on my development server.
On uploading it is giving null reference exception.
Not able to find fault even with repeated efforts.
Pl guide how to debug and set it right.
Main problem is I am not able to simulate the exception on my developement server hence not able to set it.
