What would be a good resource for me to read about the basic workflow process of website development teams? I'm just curious how the website design process, the actual look and feel of a website, works alongside the development process, the back end code. At my current company of employment we have an HTML team and a development team but I'm just not quite sure if HTML coders generally have knowledge related to .NET specific components such as themes and skins. My guess is that they must because they are the people that are responsible for the layout and look & feel of the website. I apologize if this is not the correct forum for this question.
