I like to create a website in asp.net, which will be hosted on IIS 6.0. The users would be authenticated in AD (it will use form base authentication), and the website will have a connection to SQL 2008 EE. I like to know general concept to create such kind of website, mainly focusing on the privileges which is needed for the IIS and SQL server. (All servers will be member of the AD)

Which privileges are needed for the virtual directories in the IIS?
If a user was authenticated in AD, what is the solution to see only data which is allowed to him/her in SQL server?
Which user should run SQL server?

If you need more details, because my post was  not detailed enough, just let me know, and try to give you the nswer.
