Hi,
I'm trying to get some practice in with POCOs and was wondering if there are any "gotcha"'s that I need to be aware of?
For example, I'm reading an msdn article (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee835846.aspx) that says that I must use the context.CreateObject method in order to create a proxy, is this completely true?
I'm used to doing MyObject mo = new MyObject(); in order to create a new instance of an object when I'm working with EF generated normal entities. Will that not create a proxy? What's the difference?
I also notice that the article uses the Attach method:
context.LineItems.Attach(newItem);
rather than AddObject method (Which is used to add new objects to the context, which appears to be the case in the example, have I missed something?)
