I have a WPF app that dynamically creates Visual Studio Solution files, and those solution files contain a Silverlight project. If I open up the .sln in Visual Studio and hit F5, it behaves exactly as one would expect by building/running my Silverlight app in the default browser. The .xap etc. generated from this F5 process is really what I am after.

I would like to use MSBuild from my WPF app to automate the generation of the .xap. I have managed to successfully create a Microsoft.Build.BuildEngine.Project object that contains my sln file, but when I tell it to build it always comes back as false. Doing something similar with a dynamically generated WPF sln file seems to work fine.
Help with this approach or ideas on different approches with the same end would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
