Emailing form data (C#)

I want to email the results of textbox input. Here is the code-behind for the page. Authoring with Visual Studio 2008.

When I click the submit button, no exception is thrown. But no email arrives at the destination address.  Can someone check this code-behind and tell me what's wrong?

This is my first ASP.NET project as a novice.
