Error when publishing a ASP.net file

Hi All,

 I am quite new with ASP.net. I have problems when i publish a webform with a databound dropdownlist.

When i check the debug on and check in the IE its fine., When icheck the published webpage i get an Application error page not found.

I have deleted the web.config file before publishing, I am not sure whats the problem.

Can someone highlight whats wrong with this code.
