Table TD alignment

Hi,

 

please look at the attached image in the url: http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=563900

 

so in that you coud see from 1 to 9 the td width is same. then from 10 t o24 the TD width is same. but my need is  the Td width should be same  from 1 to 24. so lease how can i achieve this please
