i have an upload website, i need to encrypt the file before i upload it to the server.
i have found a code for Encryption and Decryption of files here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/301070/en-us. but i like to place the code in a Web Service, i haven't made any web services ever since, that's why i choose to place the code in a web service and call that web service to encrypt or decrypt a file.
now my question is how can i add the code given on the link inside the web service? and how can i pass the file to the web service so that it can encrypt it or decrypt it.
