Generate random string for an input

Hi,

My requirement is to generate random string which should look like an Encryted string for every input through TextBox.

For example:

If someone types his name say: Bob in the TextBox i want to display some random string as mentioned above in a label.

The idea here is the random string that is generated for the typed name in textBox will be the password for that user.

Any suggestions or code will be appreciated.
