Page won't display properly

I have a basic page that inserts a name into a database called insertDiv.aspx and for some reason it won't display properly.

I have almost the exact same page called insertDeanery.aspx that works as I expect it to. The funny thing is I can't see a

difference besides the obvious changes for the db table that would allow one page to work and the other page to fail.

I am working with a 2003 Access DB and Visual Web Developer Express Edition 2008.

Can someone take a look at the following code and tell me what I am missing.

I created about 8 pages that loaded and read data from the database; then I decided to revise the database and consolidate

my tables. DB was way too complex... And now the same methods and proceedures I built the other pages with won't work

with the revised pages except the one page called insertDeanery.aspx.
