Could not find stored procedure 'ErrorLog_Insert'

Hi, I tried with lots of way from google search. But I still got the aboved error message. My web.config connection string is right and my store procedure pointed to the right DB as well. Is it coz of I used two DB for one application but I connected both in Web.Config in the right way. But It keep saying that above error. Please, can anyone give me any idea or advice. Thanks.
