I am facing a very strange problem.
I have a website that generates survey forms when a user registers. The survey form is generated as per the users demographics which are collected on the Registration page. For example: If a visitor to my website chooses gender as Female, when the visitor click submit the form is posted and the data processed and relevant question based on Gender, Age and Date of Birth. Each form field may have its own javascript. The javascript is grouped together in one javascript function. When the user hits submit the Javascript helps us validate and ascertain the survey is answered.
However, lately I am having issues. When the survey load and I try to submit the survey it has not javascript validation. I realised the source code doesnt have any javascript function. However, when I refesh the same page the javascript appears and an empty or incorrect form is not filled.
