Hi,
I am using the following regular expression
\b((?<!\-)|(?<!\/))wordC(?!\-)\b
to match "wordC" on a block of text
"start paragraph ... /wordA-wordB-wordC ... end paragraph".
I want a match only on the "wordC" that has no preceeding and|or trailing "-" and "/" or any other symbols that I might need to add later.  The above regular expression is not producing the result I want.

Please help me on this.

Thank you.
