Hi All
I am new to web based application development. I have a page where i have placed a dropdown control which is getting filled by a datasource. The list is working fine. But after selecting any item from the list i am pressing an command button to get the selected item in a textbox but unforunately as i press the button the dropdown list is refreshed automatically and the first record in the list appears in the textbox. I have already checked the autopostback property of dropdownlist which is false but still the selected value is not appearing in the textbox.
