Add user control via programatically c#

Hi all,
I am developing a web application using asp.net. In this, I have a user control. I need to include this usercontrol in aspx page. When form is loaded I have included that control. This form has a button control. If the user clicks the button i need to load the same user conltrol onceagain in this form and the first user control should be display including what are the fields i have selected.
That user control contains only checkbox list.
How to do that?
