send zip file(https)

Hi,
I have my zip(gz) file, i want to send the file thru https. i know the host.
Below code they provided as a Unix command how can i  change that code to use normal C# to send thru http?

"curl -u${test}:${test} -i ${HOST}/product/publish.json --data-binary @${File1}.gz binary @${File1}.gz"
