Populate textbox using Stored procedure

Hi all, I have a form with a dropdown list and a a text box for jobno,startdate and enddate, i also have a stored procedure, but based on this stored procedure ,how do i display the result values in the textboxes based on a jobno that i enter in the form.............could someone pls correct the VB code I have for this?? ...it is giving me this error "Procedure sickleave has no parameters and arguments were supplied"......this is the first time am doing this n i know there is some big blunder here....pls help
