AspNetWindowsTokenRoleProvider Integrated Windows Authentication Issue

 Hello,
I'm having an issue when i'm using AspNetWindowsTokenRoleProvider to authorize domain roles on my intranet web site. Here's how i'm setup.
1- Running on Windows Server 2003 R2 IIS 6.0 using Integrated Windows Authentication .NET 3.5.
2. My web.config looks like
<authentication mode="Windows" />

<authorization>
   <allow roles="domain\Operations, domain\Team" />
   <deny users="*"/>
</authorization>
<roleManager enabled="true" defaultProvider="AspNetWindowsTokenRoleProvider"/>
When calling the Web App from IE 7.0 I get the credential popup and it never authenticate.
But when I switch to IIS Digest Authentication it works perfectly.

Any help would be appreciated.
