How To integrate Google Map and customize according to our needs in ASp.net 2.0

Hi Techies
I have an Urgent Requiremt of integrating the google Map with My Asp.net 2.0 Applications.
I downloaded some Open source controls but when i try to execute it,it shows some error in Assembly part
And moreover is there any possibilibty to customize Google Map according to our needs
For example consider:Listing hotels in a State.
Kindly Please help me in Doing this Task.
