onchangepassword event on ChangePassword Component...

I am creating a VERY simple ChangePassword object:

    <asp:changepassword ID="ChangePassword1" runat="server"
        PasswordHintText = "Please enter a password at least 6 characters long."
        NewPasswordRegularExpression = '.{6,}'
        NewPasswordRegularExpressionErrorMessage =
          "Error: Your password must be at least 6 characters long."
        onchangedpassword="ChangePassword1_ChangedPassword">
    </asp:changepassword>
When I try to run the sql to update a pw in the db with the onchangepassword event, I am getting the following error from the Web.Config file.
