Export to Excel and/or OpenOffice Calc

Hi guys,

Is anyone had an experienced in exporting a data to Excel or OpenOffice Calc from ASP.NET 2.0?

I saw a post whereby they use OpenOffice MIME to export it to excel but my question is that....

-> How to setup the ContentType so that it will be both compatible with Excel and OpenOffice?

-> Or is there a way to detect whether the client is using Excel or OpenOffice?

-> Or what is the best approach on this?

What i have in exporting to excel is this

     ContentType = "application/vnd.ms-excel"

Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks in advanced guys.
