How to pass data value to another page?

Hey all..

I have 2 webpages.

In Page1
i have a textbox where the user will enter the admission number of a student.
when the user click on the view button, they will be directed to another page

In Page2
it is linked to Page 1
it contains letter and in it there is a label which is binded to an address table.
Eg if user enters abc in the textbox in Page1, the label in Page 2 should contain abc and its corresponding data.
The other labels in the letter remains the same. i only need one part to correspond to the textbox.

Any suggestions?
Im a newbie and hope someone can guide me along.
its a part of my project and i need to solve it asap.
