Cross Domain Policey asp.net

Is it posible to create cross domain policey to my asp.net 2.0 or 3.5 or webservice applications

Anyway the problem is this:

I have Flex application swf running on  my  asp.net application this application trying to get some images from another domain PHP .

When i run the application i get this error

" faultCode:Channel.Security.Error faultString:'Security error accessing url' faultDetail:'Destination: DefaultHTTP "

Any help is appreciated.
