Security trimming not working

Good Evening,

This is a .NET 3.5 project written with VS2008 and using an MS SQL 2005 datasource.  Users can log in and log out with no problem and the data access components are working with no problem.  The issue is that the items that shouldn't be available when the site is being accessed anonymously are still available. 

The web.sitemap looks like this:
