Sample ASP .NET Project with coding standards

Hi All,
After a long time, we have got an opportunity to work on .net technologies. Can any one share a sample project which covers all coding standards for an asp.net project.
Eg.
Declaring Namespace, Folder structure, etc

Thanks in Advance
