A listbox with 2 values store on each item.

Hi All,
I used 2 listboxs to swap values from one listbox to 2nd listbox
My question is how can I store 2 values in one listbox? What is the different between selecteditem (text) and selectedvalue?
Can I use these 2 fields to store 2 different values?
