getting un-representable DateTime exception? users bday?

Hi,
I am getting date of birth from a user within my Create User Wizard Control and inserting
to my SQL Database as Birthday (DateTime). The code i am using is below but I keep getting an error
( Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime. ) Full excepton is further below
