For some reason, I can change the property of a control in javascript, but then when their is a postback, it seems as if the control property ignores how I have set the property in javascript and goes by its last asp viewstate.
What am I doing wrong?
For example. I want to set the panel style attribute hidden as follows, but then have it stay hidden. I have placed alerts and it does hide the panel, but when codebehind runs, it makes it visible again even though there is nothing in the code telling it to do so.
