A customer (doctor) has a website they upload a file from a local memory card directly to a website. I had to replace their computer and am unable to get the link to work. (When I view source it says asp so I'm not positive)
I found one computer that it will work on, but it doesn't have the correct connector. I can't figure out why it won't load. I was told by someone that used it before that it was a security issue, and to lower the security on the browser. I added the page as a trusted site, and made all the options "active".
It is working on Ver 7 and it has been working on Ver 6. This is an xp pro and have tested it on xp home on 10 different machines and still no good. What am I missing? Is there some way to troublshoot the site? I would give you the link but it is a secure medical transcription site. This is time sensitive. Can anyone help?
