Does Microsoft having Code generation tool for C#.NET against a Relational database

Hi Guys,
We already know thet VS2008 have some new features like LINQ to SQL and ADO.NET Dynamic Data Entity Framework to work on this subject. But I am not 100% satisfied with those features since those frameworks does not creating Class entities and Collection Classes and Wrapper classes to link them with Stored Procedures. Does anyone know better tool from Microsoft doing this type of rapid code generating tool available.
