How can I protect a page in the root of my app

I use asp membership and have roles setup, but How do I keep anyone that is not logged in from opening an aspx page in the root of my app?
So if someone typed in http://www.mydomain.com/MyPageToProtect.aspx and they were not logged in the page should not open.
