Hello,
I have two ASP:LinkButtons on my ASCX control and would like to set the text to vertical align = middle. The reason behind using a LinkButton instead of a normal Button is because I need to have text wrapped onto two lines at a given point. When applying vertical-align: middle in the CSS file, or when setting the inline style (style="vertical-align: middle;") or when I do it in the code behind (LinkButton1.Style.Add("vertical-align", "middle")) does not vertically align the text, it stays at the top. These buttons have a fixed width and height (284 x 70).
Is there a way that I can set the vertical alignment of the text? It is quite vital that the text be in the middle horizontally and vertically. I've read up on a few forum posts, some of which recommends using the top and margin-top/margin-bottom features but this positions the button, not the text.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
