how to get client side time

good evenning all,
i want to know that how it is possible to get client side time and date.
for example user come to my website for choosing items , after that he sends a mail to company,
user can be in different country.
i want to know how user end time can be send in mail so that user and comapny can know the actual time of order.


also it should be consider that client side time can be wrong. for example i m sitting a computer its have wrong time but still right time should be shown and send with order.
