hye there..im trying to build running code which is it will increase every time transaction success send to host and database..
this running code will use to like increment number for example : first transaction the running code is "00000001"
and if the first transaction succes..it will increase to "00000002" .. my code like this..
public void updateRunningCode()
{
string tmp = "00000001";
double runningTemp = Convert.ToDouble(runningCode);
double runningTemp++;
runningCode = String.Format("{0}{1:0000000}", tmp[0], runningTemp);
}
if transaction succes..the page like start with "00000001" again
snce i declare tmp ="00000001"
how to make it auto generate if i not declare the initial number..??any idea...seem like im stuck with this logic error..
