I'm trying to upgrade from SQL Server 2008 R2 Express to SQL Server 2012 Express. I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. During the install it displayed an error message stating that an instance name had already been shared. I clicked the OK button and the install continued. After it finished it displayed a window that says "Complete with failures". Apparently everything succeeded except for the Database Engine Services and SQL Server Replication. In the Error details for the Database Engine Services it has an error help link but when you click on that it displays the following message:
