Need AdRotator to rotate through ads while staying on the page

Is this possible?  I have it rotating through the ads and showing a random picture each time I go to the page.  I want it to switch through the pictures every few seconds if I stay at the page for a while.

Is it possible to do this with ASP?  If not, how about VB?
