Required and Optional Configuration Attributes

Hi,

The MSDN documentation says the following about urlLinePragmas:

 





urlLinePragmas


Optional Boolean attribute.

Specifies whether the compiler should use URLs rather than physical paths.

The default is False.

But I get propmpeted by the Debugging Not Enabled Dialog Box  everytime if this is not added with a value of true.

Can someone please explain why? I am using http not File System.
