We have an application that is using ASP.Net Web Service with vb.net 2005. We're supporting HTTP get so that clients can submit a URL string such as
http://testserver:8080/WTT1/wttm.asmx/getEvntsByDateAndCat?AID=7891
What we return back is the expected data, but formed in XML format. We need to get it to return only in string format. How can we go about this?
